The launch trailer for both Call of Duty: Warzone and Vanguard Season 5 has just been released. Both games are set to receive plenty of new content updates with their final season including several Warzone Caldera changes, and they’re coming out on August 24 at 9 AM ET/12 PM ET.
Call of Duty: Warzone Caldera Changes Overview:
The latest Call of Duty blogpost confirms the new season will bring in two new multiplayer maps to Vanguard as well as four operators, five weapons, and a number of special bundles. Vanguard Zombies will also conclude with this season update and will feature a familiar hunting ground with a new narrative quest.
On the other hand, Warzone will feature a new event known as Operation: Last Call. Gulag will also be redeployed with the new volcanic there. The game will also have new weather and lighting changes to the Caldera, a new Defend or Sabotage limited-time mode that is similar to Search and Destroy, as well as new tools and opportunities.
Here is a list Warzone Caldera changes:
- Beware: Hot Lava! Watch your step when battling in and around the Peak. Stick your feet in the lava and you’ll start taking heavy damage. Get out at all costs! Redeploy, Take a Ride. Take advantage of one of the many.
- Redeploy Balloons set up around Caldera’s Peak to reposition in a pinch, or get away completely by taking control of one of the many vehicles found near the top.
- Gondola Still Operable. A little magma won’t shut down this famed attraction. Take an easy ride to the top of the Peak as the rest of the Operators blast away at each other while playing hopscotch over lava flows.
